The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location was convenient for my trip and close to key attractions in the city.- I enjoyed the tea facility in the room and the availability of free water in the common area.

The personnel seemed inexperienced and the service level was subpar. They often gave incorrect prices and made promises they couldn't keep.

They charged 150 roubles extra for "registering foreign passport", which is really funny. The first hotel in Russia, where I have been charged for this.

The good breakfast, round the clock is on duty the doctor

In advertizing there was an information on working pool and Spa-SALON, at registration in hotel the manager it was confirmed. But upon it has appeared that the pool and Spa-SALON don't work a month and even a month won't work.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was superb, being near the airport and within walking distance of the nearest metro station. The convenience made my travel experience much smoother.
